Shana M. Rooks is a native of Dublin, Georgia. A 1997 Alumna of Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia and a 2000 Alumni of Tulane University School of Law in New Orleans, Louisiana with Certification in Sports Law, she is the owner and principle of Shana M. Rooks & Associates, LLC. Attorney Rooks was Admitted to the GA Bar in November 2000, U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit; U.S. District Court, Northern and Middle District of Georgia in 2001.
